Terms & Conditions
These Conditions govern all Tickets issued for the Event and admission to the Venue and should be read in conjunction with the Site Rules and the conditions of the Official Ticketing Agent.
All capitalised terms used in these Conditions shall have the meanings given to them in the Definitions section. All Tickets are issued either by us or on our behalf. Any person who purchases, possesses, uses or attempts to use any Ticket shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with these Conditions.
In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between these Conditions, the Site Rules or the conditions of the Official Ticketing Agent, these Conditions shall prevail.
Ticket Purchase & Delivery
1. Authorised Ticket Sales
Tickets may only be purchased from us through the Official Ticketing Agent or through another sale or transfer mechanism authorised in writing by us.
Tickets purchased or obtained from any other source shall be void and may be seized or cancelled without refund or compensation.
2. Ticket Limits
We reserve the right to limit the maximum number of Tickets that any person may purchase for the Event.
Tickets may be limited per person, payment card and/or household. Any Tickets purchased in excess of these limits may be cancelled without prior notice.
3. Payment Requirements
The payment card or registered bank account used to purchase Tickets must be registered in the name and address of the Ticket Purchaser.
We reserve the right to refuse any application for Tickets or cancel Tickets purchased in breach of this condition.
4. Fraud Prevention
To prevent fraud and protect both you and us, we or the Official Ticketing Agent may carry out verification checks after purchase.
You may be asked to provide additional information, such as proof of payment. If fraud is suspected, any Ticket order may be cancelled.
5. Confirmation of Purchase
Once payment in full has been received, the Ticket Purchaser will receive an email confirmation together with a booking reference number.
6. Refund Policy
All Ticket sales are final and non-refundable except where expressly stated in these Conditions or where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right not to replace or accept Tickets that are lost, stolen, forgotten, damaged, defaced, forged, unreadable or incomplete.
Please keep your Ticket safe.
7. Ticket Delivery
Tickets will be issued electronically and delivered via email to the Ticket Purchaser's registered email address.
8. Missing Tickets
If Tickets have not been received seven days before the Event, it is the responsibility of the Ticket Purchaser to contact customer support via the details listed on the Victorious Festival website and quote their booking reference number.
9. Ticket Accuracy
It is your responsibility to check your Tickets and booking confirmation immediately after purchase.
Any inaccuracies should be reported within five days of purchase. We cannot guarantee corrections after this period.
10. Valid Entry Requirements
The ticket holder is solely responsible for ensuring they hold a valid Ticket for entry.
A valid Ticket must:
- Be unscanned.
- Correspond to the correct Event date.
- Match the specified age bracket shown on the Ticket.
Tickets purchased under an incorrect age category are invalid and may result in refusal of entry without refund.
Anyone aged 15 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over holding a valid Ticket who remains responsible for them throughout the Event.
Victorious Festival reserves the right to challenge, refuse entry or remove any attendee found using an invalid Ticket or accompanying minors who are not under their care.
Ticket Use & Transfer Restrictions
11. Personal Licence
Tickets are personal revocable licences and remain the property of Victorious Festival at all times.
Tickets are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, offered for sale, advertised, transferred or otherwise disposed of except where explicitly permitted within these Conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel any Ticket without refund where we reasonably believe a Ticket is intended for unauthorised resale.
